Our deliciously complex rosé is made from 100% estate grown fruit, predominately using the saignée method. This vintage the blend is 47% Merlot, 24% Malbec, 11% Cabernet Franc, 9% Petit Verdot, 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. The resulting wine is dry with fresh citrus acidity and savoury herbal notes that balance the ripe strawberry, grapefruit peel, tart cherry, cranberry, rhubarb and red currant notes.
