VINTAGE REVIEW
This wine was created with fruit harvested from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 2009, two years after our initial planting was done in 2007. The varieties were harvested on October 27, 2021, fermented separately, and aged in 30% new French oak barrels. The wine was blended prior to bottling. Unfiltered.
