Sourced from the premier nurseries in Bordeaux, our red varieties include Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Verdot, and Malbec, complemented by a modest planting of Chardonnay. Our south-west exposure and unique site influences allow us to employ high density planting of approximately 2100 plants per acre, with reds and Chardonnay occupying approximately 22 and 3 acres respectively.

Our planting strategy requires two clones of each variety on two different root stocks so that we can monitor closely their relative success. This allows selective harvesting, when appropriate, and separation, when necessary, to maintain both optimum harvests and the healthiest possible vineyards.
